RETURN POLICY

To ensure complete customer satisfaction, customers may return undamaged pieces (with no sign of visible wear) within 15 days upon receiving their purchased items. Returned products will be assessed in order to apply the correct course of action. Any pieces that have traces of perfume, makeup, hand cream, etc. will not be accepted. All earrings and customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Please keep in mind ALL products are handmade.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged, or unsaleable.
